Who cares about sunny afternoons for baseball games? Mizzou’s football team takes Faurot Field at 1 p.m. Saturday for the annual Black & Gold spring game. Those favored with ESPNU will get to see coverage (unless an I-70 road trip to Columbia is part of your weekend plans).

The not-so-lucky STL Sports Nation citizenry will have to make do with the 11-win (tied for tops in the majors) Cardinals. FSN Midwest covers Friday night (7:15 p.m.) and Saturday afternoon (12:10 p.m.) with Sunday’s finale on KSDK-Ch. 5 at 1:15 p.m.

After that, it’s Stanley Cup hockey, NBA opening-round playoff games, golf, tennis, motorsports or whatever sports event stops your clicking on the remote control. Check out those times and channels from the Post-Dispatch Weekend Sports On The Air listings.
