There is no doubt that the ’sheer’ look was extremely popular on the summer runways, but how the heck do you wear it? This girl obviously knows something that we don’t. Her sheer print top paired with a vintage, strapless dress is the perfect combination of trend and modesty. And feather earrings with suede boots? I give her an A+.

What are you wearing? Well, it’s all second-hand. My boots were given to me by a friend. My purse is from Plowsharing Crafts and my top and dress are from Rag-O-Rama. My necklace is handmade for a charity. I got it at City Sprouts, so it’s actually for kids. I guess everything is local.

What are your favorite items in your closet? I would have to say my boots and my feather earrings (both shown above). I wear them all the time, obviously.
