Should carbon dioxide be considered ‘air pollution’?

From the U.S. Supreme Court comes a ruling against the Bush Administration that declares this: carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases should be considered air pollution — and they should be regulated as such.

The court, in a 5-4 ruling in its first case on climate change, declared that carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases are air pollutants under the Clean Air Act.
