It’s not about a single debate performance, it’s about judgment and credibility. Palin has neither to offer. Only more of the same BushMcCain policies and lies.

I loved Biden’s lie about his home was only investment.
His filings even show a different opinion.
How many people do you know who make 250 grand a year and own a 3 million dollar home?
Does he not have a retirement fund?

Palin is the most dangerous VP candidate we have ever had, next to Cheney. Palin is down to earth, she is a good mom, she is an smart woman…however, so am I and I am just like her…not ready to be VP. Just because she is “just like us” does not mean she belongs in the whitehouse. I want someone smarter than me in the whitehouse. I am shocked that women have not seen past the cutesy Shirley Temple show she has been playing on…wake up! She wants to overturn Roe v Wade and she does not agree with equal pay for equal work…that alone surpasses her as an awful choice for women. I am scared to death. I pray America makes the right choice and votes for O’Bama and Biden. Afterall, this is about the PRESIDENTIAL RACE not about the cute and witty Hockey Mom on the GOP ticket.

My mother is a smart, folksy woman, but she is not prepared to be vice-president.

Her brother was a POW and he is a good, competent man, but he could never have the skills or temperament to be president.

McCain and Palin attempt to appeal to the gut, because that is all they have to offer–hence the lies and memorized talking points in lieu of substance. The number of contradictions in Palin’s rhetoric were staggering, but she will not be held accountable for them because her goal was to appeal to emotion via catch phrases, buzz words, cute little winks and colloquialisms. It terrifies me to think that these irresponsible people might succeed; that people are so credible that they will fall for the bait.

Listen, Sarah Palin said it best with this slip of the tongue, “John McCain is the man we need to leave.” She means, lead. Ooops. Adorable.

Sarah Palin was scripted and spouted her performance with no real emotion or connection. Being Gov. of Alaska is very different than governing a state in the lower forty-eight! Alaskans don’t have or need the many services that are needed here-they don’t have trash pickup, sewers, most municipal services, much different state needs too. She is not qualified, period. A quick study though (like in two weeks)! Too bad they didn’t teach her about important Supreme Court decisions or the names of the books, newspapers, and magazines she reads, if any!
Let’s stop talking about HER–talk about the real issues. She is just a distraction…

Biden kept referring to the votes in the senate where he was “right” and McCain was “wrong”. If he is such an efficient leader in the senate, how come his “right” stand on the bills didn’t pass. Not very effective in even swaying his own democratic party. He is unable to cross party lines and create a bipartisan group sharing the same interests.

Biden revealed himself when he said he hasn’t changed in 30 years!! What a dimwit. Palin cleaned up the floor with him!

I find it quite ironic that the ‘team’ that claims to ‘understand the needs of Americans’ have been part of the ‘do nothing’ Congress and probably never have to worry about lunch money or toilet paper. And I’m still waiting for the health care promise of “the same care that the Congress gets” that Clinton made all of us. What happened to that???

It’s funny how if asked a question that’s not scripted. Both Mcain and Palin will reply that Mcain can win a war. There’s more to being the leader of our country than fighting wars! For the majority of the evening I didn’t know what she was answering. She did an excellent job dodging the questions and speaking a lot of NOTHING. I give her an A++ on the ability to speak B.S.
