On which issue did each candidate offer his/her best response?
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Both Sen. Biden and Gov. Palin spent days if not weeks preparing for tonight’s debate. They faced stand-ins. They read briefing books. They discussed the issues in their campaigning. For each candidate, which issue allowed them to shine? Vote in our polls — and discuss the responses below.
Cast your vote in the scorecard for each candidate:

Kurt is the director of social media for the Post-Dispatch, where he has worked since August 2002. He's been a journalist since 1982, covering municipal government, courts, education and two hurricanes as a reporter before becoming an editor.
What was it Poehler said on SNL last week? “The more cornered you are, the more adorable you become,” or something like that.
Awwwww! I just want to put Sarah Palin in my pocket and take her home with me she’s so darned cute!
Especially since it would put her nowhere near the White House. The woman is a clown.
“I loved Biden’s lie about his home was only investment.
His filings even show a different opinion.
How many people do you know who make 250 grand a year and own a 3 million dollar home?
Does he not have a retirement fund?”

also, Biden is “dead last” in teerms of wealth of Senators, cf.;

Just the facts.
I think they both excel at debate. I’m not sure I was impressed with either ones stand on any of the issues listed above.
Biden cited 6 major mistakes on foreign policy and 1 major mistake on the constitution. If that had been Palin the media would have been demanding she be replaced. Just goes to show “ya” how biased the media is. It is the main stream media who is picking our President this election year!
RHarnack….
Do you find it odd that a man that has spent 30 years in Washington receiving an above average salary, can only managed to accumulate a networth of NEGATIVE $300,000?
If what that article says is true, Biden is a complete fiscal numbskull and doesn’t deserve to be a Senator much less VP. The dude can’t even amass a positive networth even though his every expense is covered and he receives a very good salary.
