The Potomac primaries (Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.) gave the Weatherbird another chance to comment on our election process. Today’s Bird line contenders:

Here’s a little-known Weatherbird fact: Sometimes, as news changes, so does the Bird, which definitely keeps cartoonist Dan Martin busy. Last Wednesday, the day after Super Tuesday, there were actually two different Weatherbirds. McCain’s Republican win in Missouri was known fairly early Tuesday evening, but the Democratic contest was quite heated. A few readers saw McCain is able (on the left), but most of you saw Voters’ choice.
