TV or not TV

The upcoming change from analog to digital television has some people freaking out. You don’t have to throw out your analog TV — you can apply for a coupon, worth $40, and get a converter box. Or, if you’ve been itching to get a new TV, then now’s your chance. You have until February. But even then, don’t cart the old one to the landfill — take it to a recycling center.
