Ville it fly?
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Downtown St. Louis is enjoying a period of revitalization, but north St. Louis has not been so fortunate. Most recently, it looks like a 2-year-old, $34 million plan to renovate or build more than 450 houses in the Ville won’t happen.
