Hwy. 40 has many asking ‘Aren’t we there yet?’

The second half of the Highway 40 construction plan will be more disruptive than the first half. For starters, it’s going to make getting to a lot of downtown attractions more difficult. Cardinals fans, take note. On Dec. 15, the highway will close from Interstate 170 to Kingshighway; it is scheduled to reopen by Dec. 31, 2009.
