What should the Weatherbird say about Hwy. 40?

Remember when MoDOT said we should be freaking out a little more about the closure of the eastern half of Highway 40? Maybe more people just stayed home because of the ice and winter weather. Or maybe we were all freaking out at just the right level to start with. So far, it looks like it’s going well. We have some commuters telling us what conditions are like right now.
What should the Weatherbird say about Hwy. 40?
