Golden glow at the Golden Globes

“Slumdog Millionaire”, “John Adams” and “30 Rock” were big winners Sunday night at the 66th annual Golden Globes. Heath Ledger won a posthumous best supporting actor for his role as The Joker in “The Dark Knight.”

“Mad Men” won best TV series, but St. Louis native Jon Hamm lost the award for best actor in a TV drama to Gabriel Byrne of HBO’s “In Treatment.” Hamm won the award last year; if he had won again, the Bird line would have been Hamm it up.

Instead, today’s Bird line is Golden glow
