Gov. Rod Blagojevich appeared before the Illinois Senate, maintaining his innocence and questioning how they could throw him out of office when there’s no proof he did anything wrong. It wasn’t enough: The Senate just voted to force the governor from office. Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn will be sworn in as governor very soon.
