What’s the Bird’s take on food samples?

It’s not difficult to get a complete meal out of grocery store and superstore (free!) food samples — in fact, we did it. And then added up the calories and fat and sodium from that “meal.” That part was a little scary. The 14 items on the menu added up to 913 calories, 47 grams of fat and 1,354 mg sodium. (But that cookie was delicious.)
