Lumière Place Casino and President Casino are very different, but owned by the same company. The Missouri Gaming Commission says business is down 54 percent so far this year at the President, which was closed because of high water.

The flood waters headed to St. Louis are pushing Live on the Levee off the levee. Fair St. Louis and Live on the Levee will move to Soldiers Memorial Plaza, at Tucker Boulevard and Market, 15th and Olive streets.
