Ne-Yo set to get up close and personal at the Gramophone

R&B singer Ne-Yo is getting up close and personal with his St. Louis fans after his big concert opening for Alicia Keys Sunday night at the Scottrade Center.
Ne-Yo will preview new music Monday night at new concert club the Gramophone, 4243 Manchester Avenue, for fans that score tickets through local hip-hop radio stations this weekend.
He’ll perform eight songs from his upcoming album “Year of the Gentleman,” which includes the new dance-inflected single “Closer.” He may also perform an acoustic set at the Gramophone.
According to Ne-Yo’s record label Def Jam, radio stations WHHL-FM (Hot 104.1) and KATZ-FM (100.3 the Beat) are participating in the promotion.
“Year of the Gentleman” will be released June 24.
