Cosmos anyone?

Those brightly-colored sweet cocktails already seemed passe when “Sex and the City” went off the air several years ago, but they’re poised for a comeback with the return of Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte, and Miranda, on the big screen this time with the “Sex and the City” movie. It opens May 30.

Anyone looking to get the party started early can check out a preview party celebrating “Sex and the City” at 9 p.m. Tuesday at Mandarin, 44 Maryland Plaza.

It’s quite appropriately sponsored by Cosmopolitan magazine, which will be giving away a bunch of freebees.

But the Bacardi Silver Mojitos are actually the featured drink specials of the night.
