Mandarin raises the roof at open-air party

The scene was festively hot Thursday night at Mandarin, as the Central West End lounge/bar officially took off its roof in a party to welcome warmer weather and more. A capacity crowd showed up for the Raise the Roof Model Appreciation Party. DJ Hugh Tyson spun, and New Amsterdam gin summer cocktails were flowing all night.
