McDonald’s R&B Soul Search wraps up auditions
The McDonald’s R&B Soul Search finished the third of three audition rounds Saturday at the Loft, with the final round of singers selected.
Those advancing to the competition phrase are Ron Wilkinson, Cheron Phillips, Callie Richardson, Aungel Wright, Ivy Devot, Kristin Stimage, Carmen Parker-Strozier, Shardae Woodland, Tasha Jones, Arthur McClendon, Jason Alexander, and Sharrane Harris. They’ll compete at 7 p.m. June 13.
The previously-selected auditioners compete at 7 p.m. May 30 and June 6, with the best of the three weeks performing at the grand finale June 27. The grand prize is a one-time contract with Sony Records.
