Concert announcement: Gordon Lightfoot at the Fox Theatre
Singer Gordon Lightfoot will perform at 8 p.m. Oct. 1 at the Fox Theatre. Tickets are $38-$58, on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at MetroTix outlets, www.metrotix.com, 314-534-1111, and the box office.
The concert is presented by KETC Channel 9.
Lightfoot’s concert is one some fans thought could never happen again. In 2002 during a concert in his Canadian hometown, he suffered an aneurysm and fell into a coma.
After he woke up, he orchestrated the completion of a CD. He eventually released “Harmony” fully recovered.
