Concert announcement: Panic at the Disco, Dashboard Confessional at Scottrade

Panic at the Disco and Dashboard Confessional are teaming up to co-headline the Rock Band Live Tour, slated to come to the Scottrade Center Oct. 19, according to the tour’s schedule.

Special guests on the tour are Plain White T’s and the Cab.

The venue and promoter have not released ticket information yet for the Scottrade show.

The Rock Band Live tour is titled after the musical video game of the same name, and will give fans the chance to compete head-to-head for a chance to play on the main stage in between sets. Those bands will be selected through various contests, promotions, and on-site.

The first date is Oct. 5 in San Diego.
