Ludo rocks “The Tonight Show” and “House”
Rock band Ludo, described by Jay Leno as “a really fun band from St. Louis,” made its “The Tonight Show” debut Friday night.
And I have to say, watching the guys in such a great element reminded me of the time about eight years ago when a very fresh Nelly filled out the musical guest slot on “The Tonight Show” and showed the world what he was about.
Ludo performed its single “Love Me Dead,” which after some moderate growth the last few months is seeming to really taking shape as a legitimate hit.
Here’s hoping the band continues to ascend from here, which should’t be hard since “Love Me Dead” is also featured on the promos for the upcoming season of “House.”

Kevin C. Johnson has covered the St. Louis' music and nightlife scene for the past decade.
Tim Convy is a douche.
Did you also know that Ludo is on the soundtrack of “How I Got Lost” that Joe Leonard (also of St. Louis) filmed earlier this year. Part of it was filmed in St. Louis.
Could not agree more about these guys. Great to see them getting the success they deserve, they really put the time and effort in. Kudos to Ludo, a great live band.
