The final lineup of who’s who for this year’s Missouri Black Expo is finally unveiled, and not a moment too soon – the event is Friday-Sunday, Aug. 22-24, at the America’s Center downtown.
Among the names who’ll appear throughout the weekend are Vivian Green, Zapp, Nikko Smith, Spinderella, Eddie Levert, Joe Torry, Will Downing, Lyah Beth LeFlore, Ozzie Smith, Bernadette Stanis, Ralph Carter, Guess, and more.
They’ll appear in different capacities, some performing, some at summits, etc.
The event includes a career fair Friday, concerts Saturday and Sunday nights, a Prostate Cancer Survivors’ & Awareness Walk Saturday, boxing tournaments Saturday and Sunday, a health fair Saturday and Sunday, a gospel fest Sunday, and more.
Admssion is free until 1 p.m. daily; $8 afterward. Children six and under get in free.
