I think use of the word “party” here does damage to the meaning of the word. Sort of like a “watch paint dry party”. The only thing historical about this election is that I can’t remember in my lifetime such a complete lack of even a “lesser evil”. They both excel in bad ideas and misunderstanding of the appropiate role of government. Niether gets that it isn’t up to the President to define the pursuit of happiness for each of us.

Pshaw. I don’t know what you’ll be watching, Tim, but I expect nothing but a laugher. Perhaps there will even be some “Rocky Horror” talk-to-the-screen antics from the audience? :)
