Taylor makes Swift move to top of Billboard 200
Young country-pop singer Taylor Swift debuts at the top of the Billboard 200 this week, selling 592,000 copies of her “Fearless” CD.
That’s more than enough to squash debuts from David Archuleta, T-Pain, and the latest “Now” compilation.
Last week’s champ, the soundtrack to “Twilight,” took a tumble to the No. 5 spot.

1. Taylor Swift, “Fearless,” 592,000 copies sold
2. David Archuleta, “David Archuleta,” 183,000
3. Various artists, “Now That’s What I Call Music Vol. 29,” 172,000
4. T-Pain, “Thr33 Ringz,” 167,000
