Grammys add Diamond, M.I.A., Wonder to stuffed telecast Sunday
Sunday night’s Grammy show is bursting at the seams.
Neil Diamond, Stevie Wonder, M.I.A., Smokey Robinson, Terence Blanchard, Robin Thicke, and Allen Toussaint are new names added as performers at Sunday night’s 51st Annual Grammy Awards ceremony.
There will also be a tribute to the late Bo Diddley featuring B.B. King, Buddy Guy, John Mayer, and Keith Urban.
Newly added as presenters are Kate Beckinsale, Blink 182, Natalie Cole, Zooey Deschanel, Diddy, Morgan Freeman, Green Day, Dwayne Johnson, John Legend, Leona Lewis, LL Cool J, Jason Mraz, Emily Procter, LeAnn Rimes, and will.i.am.
Previously announced performers are Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Ne-Yo, Jamie Foxx, Adele, Chris Brown, Estelle, Sugarland, U2, T.I. and Justin Timberlake, Radiohead, Paul McCartney with Dave Grohl, Lil Wayne, Jennifer Hudson, Coldplay, Carrie Underwood, Rihanna, Kenny Chesney, Jonas Brothers, Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, Katy Perry, and Kid Rock.
Already announced presenters are Sheryl Crow, Craig Ferguson, Al Green, Jay Mohr, Queen Latifah, and T-Pain, Jack Black, Gwyneth Paltrow, Simon Baker, Duffy, Josh Groban, Charlie Haden, and Samuel L. Jackson.
Special segments include Ne-Yo, Jamie Foxx, and original Four Tops singer Duke Fakir honoring the classic Motown group, and a “Swagga Like Us” segment with T.I., Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, and West.
The awards air Sunday night on CBS.
