Rascal Flatts bumps Keith Urban from Billboard 200 perch
Country rules the Billboard 200 again.
Last week’s champ, the new Keith Urban CD “Defying Gravity,” has made way for the new Rascal Flatts CD “Unstoppable, which proved unstoppable with 351,000 copies sold its first week of release.
Country music account for four of the releases in the top ten, including debuting CD “Wide Open” by Jason Aldean and Taylor Swift’s top ten staple “Fearless.”
Here’s the top ten, according to Nielsen Soundscan.
1. Rascal Flatts, “Unstoppable,” 351,000
2. Hannah Montana, “Hannah Montana: the Movie” soundtrack, “196,000”
3. Jadakiss, “The Last Kiss,” 135,000
4. Jason Aldean, “Wide Open,” 109,000
