Concert announcement: Hanson, Bow Wow, Ben Folds at the Pageant

Bow Wow, Hanson, Ben Folds, the Mars Volta, and Ludo are new shows coming to the Pageant.
– Bow Wow, special guest to be announced, 7 p.m. Aug. 22, $20-$25.
– The Mars Volta, 8 p.m. Sept. 8, $35.
– Ben Folds, 8 p.m. Sept. 28, $30.
– Hanson/Hellogoodbye (co-bill), Steel Train, Sherwood, 6:30 p.m. Oct. 1, $25. Buy three tickets get one free.
– Ludo, Meese, Ha Ha Tonka, Without a Face, 8 p.m. Oct. 22, $14-$16.
Tickets go on sale at 5 p.m. Friday at Ticketmaster outlets, www.ticketmaster.com, 800-745-3000, and at the box office.

Ben Folds a day after my birthday? I’ll be there. Hoping to hear “Protection”, though I doubt I will. I’ll settle for “Selfless, Cold and Composed” though!
Hanson? “Mmm Bop” Hanson? THAT Hanson? Whoa! That’s an awesome song! Hearing that live would be worth the price of admission by itself! I wonder if the drummer still has long hair and looks like he’s 10.
wouldn’t it be awesome if Marilyn Manson toured with Hanson for the…yep…Marilyn Hanson tour.
God that would eff up fans from both camps, right?
Ben Fold is terrible! Don’t go see Ben Folds, you will hate it! Horrible!
