And how does Brookroyale keep getting on these shows? They are so horrible!!! I know it’s because their drummer works for the Point but come on, try not to make it so obvious!

strange.. i saw that cage the elephant, manchester orchestra, and silversun pickups were all touring together right now, and considering that these three bands are all quite relevant, and all at the top of the point’s playlist.. i thought they would pull out all of the stops to bring them to pointfest..

but no.. its the exact same festival the point has put on 4 times in a row.

You people are crazy, Shinedown is VERY relevant, as well as the other bands. Atreyu cancelled last year, so it will be great to see them. I’ll be there and I can’t wait, SHINEDOWN ROCKS

Staind, Shinedown and Chevelle! What kind of idiotic moron would scoff at this awe-inspiring lineup and then have the nerve to mention the silversun pickups in the same sentence? You people sicken me. Relevance is 90% longevity and staying power. In 10 years Staind will still be a viable rock group. These silversun dogs or whatever will be just a faded memory in even the most twisted music lover’s mind.

Though I can’t say how “revelant” the bands are, but it sounds like a good show line-up to me…I do know that if you haven’t had the chance to see Shaman’s Harvest, you should seriously check them out. They have been playing together over a decade now and are amazing. There wasn’t much of a venue for original music in Mid-Missouri before these guys..at least check them out before you judge.
