This story is not true. I just tried (8pm Wed.) to order tickets to a show ,but the tickets I was trying to buy said unavailble. Looked at other shows and some didn’t even have the option of no fee tickets available (kid rock and nickelback). After calling the ticket line phone number talked to a woman named Rita who only stated that the no fee tickets were sold already. Had her transfer me to manager (named Ashley) I claimed this was bait and switch. I could still buy tickets , but not the no fee $29.99 ticket. After all the fees and service (?) charges the $23 ticket comes out to $41. Ashley said this is not bait and switch to read the ticket policy on their website. No where in this story do they mention the policy. You know all the legal jargain. In the end Ashley admitted there were only 100 tickets available at the no ticket fee for the show I was trying to get. Does no one at the post read all livenation small print before they print the free advertisement?
