The fellows in local rock band Cavo will need seat belts to contain itself next week, when the band releases its major label debut record “Bright Nights, Dark Days.”

Here’s what the band has going on (look out for a profile on Cavo in Sunday’s Post-Dispatch).

– Throwing out the first pitch at the St. Louis Cardinals/Cincinnati Reds baseball game, 7:15 p.m. Monday at Busch Stadium

– Releases “Bright Nights, Dark Days” on Warner Bros./Reprise Tuesday

– Performs and signs autographs at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Vintage Vinyl. Fans are asked to show up early to secure their spot at the in-store, and for a chance to win a ride to Crue Fest 2, where that fan will announce Cavo from the stage.

– Performs at Crue Fest 2 at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater Tuesday with Motley Crue, Godsmack, Theory of a Deadman, Drowning Pool, and Charm City Devils. Cavo performs on the Monster Energy Stage with Rev Theory, Shram, and 16 Second Stare. Concert is at 5 p.m. Tickets are $35.50, $55.50, $81, and $101. livenation.com
