Concert update: MercyMe at Six Flags is rescheduled after accident
Christian rock group MercyMe’s sold-out Six Flags St. Louis concert, canceled Saturday night after the band’s tour bus was involved in an accident, is officially back on for Sept. 5.
MercyMe’s tour bus collided with a car in Indiana, and two passengers in the car and the pregnant driver’s unborn child were killed.
Members of the group and crew sustained minor injuries and were unable to perform their concert.
All concert tickets will be honored for the new date.
If concert-goers are unable to attend the new concert date, they can receive a refund by mailing concert tickets to: Six Flags St. Louis, P.O. Box 60, Eureka, MO 63025. Attn: MercyMe.
Also, if concert-goers have a prepurchased admission ticket to Six Flags St. Louis, it will be honored on the rescheduled day as long as it has not been used.
In a statement from the park, “Six Flags St. Louis and MercyMe apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s thoughts and prayers for all those involved in this sad event.”

God has a reason for this happening and in HIS time, it will be revealed. That’s where God is in all of this. Praying for you MercyMe and the families of the deceased.
God bless those families - our prayers are with you and the young lady in the hospital.
