Concert announcement: Rocktoberfest at Laclede’s Landing
Laclede’s Landing clubs Big Daddy’s, Giggers Party Bar, Heartbreakers, Joey B’s, Morgan Street Brewery, and the Big Bang are joining forces Saturday to benefit the non-for-profit Play It Forward.
It’s all part of the second annual Rocktoberfest concert.
Performing are Lenny Kravitz tribute act American Dream, Alice in Chains tribute act Bleed the Freak, Stone Temple Pilots tribute acts Cracker Man, and orignal bands Floodline and LOGOS. They’ll play from 2 p.m.-10 p.m. Saturday.
The event is free and will take place oveer two stages. Donations are encouraged.
Play It Forward donates musical instruments to area elementary schools in need, and also provides music lessons.

It is free, jtg, so read the whole thing before you start complaining. Either way, it is for a good cause. I have seen LOGOS play at Voodoo Lounge before and you’ll probably be paying some bucks to see these guys play in the future. Those kids can play

It was not mentioned in this post, however, outside vendors will be selling chili and soup, all proceeds from those sales will be given to Play It Forward.
