just what criminal activity has kanye west gotten away with, exactly? i hate hate HATE kanye west, but all of this newfound public hatred for him has made me feel bad for him! look, i dislike him because his music really interferes with my self righteousness when it comes to what i listen to(i’ve been listening to daft punk for years being made fun of for my music tastes, now ‘harder…’ is popular? hey way to rip off that peter bjorn and john song!) but as far as a personality, he needs to pick “rock star” and swing with it. i vote middle finger up and tell everyone to get over it. i would have more respect if he went with that route than if he got all :’( and tried to apologize…

Kanye needs to lay of the Henney but you know he won’t and you know he’s gonna throw up the middle finger. Regardless of how much his public image may have taken a hit from the MTV thing, I doubt his professional image will because he’s a highly sought after producer. So he’s gonna go back into the studio, do some collab projects, write his own stuff, put out another album, get some press, ink a new tour deal, break more tour sales records, which will all feed into his ego and make it bionic and everyone will hate him even more because he’s gonna talk about himself as a victim and a hero that overcame seemingly insurmountable odds. Only in America.

Lady GaGa is the bigger star now. I heard she’s the one that wanted out. This is good news for her.
