Zootini is at the St. Louis Zoo’s Living World from 8 p.m. to midnight Nov. 21, with Coco Soul, Soul Alliance featuring Coco Soul, and DJ Andrew Mullins.

The event, a Young Zoo Friends fundraiser, calls for you to put on your best jungle attire, which in this case is upscale hip with a jungle splash.

There will be Zootini cocktails and hors d’oeuvres served.

Reservations are $35 for members and $40 for non-members. Tickets at the door are $40-$45. VIP tickets are $70-$80. VIP tickets include valet parking, pre-party, four drink tickets, hors d’oeuvres, and access to the VIP bar during the event.

This is a 21-and-over affair.

Zootini ’09 celebrates the Year of the Gorilla, a worldwide effort by zoos and aquariums to bring attention to the gorilla crises. Proceeds benefit primates by supporting the zoo’s conservation efforts at the zoo and beyond.
