Managing your newspaper subscription online
We’re delighted to see you on STLtoday.com, of course, but we also want to send out the love to the tens of thousands of newspaper readers. And we want to make sure you can find out how to manage your newspaper subscription and delivery using STLtoday.
To put it simply, the place you’re looking for is called “subscriber services.” And we think we’ve made it pretty easy to find. Take a gander at the top of the page, on the right side where the weather is located.
Right below that, you’ll find a link called “subscriber services.” On that page, you can find:
- The e-mail address to get newspaper home delivery information;
- The snail mail address in case you have some stamps to get rid of;
- A phone number to call for home delivery information;
- A link to start a home delivery subscription;
- Links to stop your home delivery for vacations and to pay your subscription bill;
- Links to join our EZpay program or to change your delivery address.
You should be able to find that subscriber services link in the same spot on every page of STLtoday.

Nice try. I’ve left 2 messages w/ customer service to have a supervisor return my call about late deliveries. No response. I tried to email using the email address on your web site. Came back undeliverable; cannot reach server. I’m about ready to stop by 35 year subscription.
Just following up on Mr. Simpson’s note. I forwarded that to Nancy Green, president of STL Distribution Services. She was able to work on resolving the issues that Mr. Simpson raised in his comment and, of course, we’re grateful that you brought them to our attention. I add my apology for the inconvenience.
In Feb.’08, I paid $56.03 for my subscription for weekend delivery. Today I received a bill for $21.89 to renew my subscription for less than 2 months 7-20-08 to 9-13-08. I don’t understand your subscription service. Do I pay for 6 months each time, or has that changed to 2 months at time? I’m not upset, just don’t understand the normal subscription rates and times. Please explain my options for subscriptions periods and payments.
Thank you.
