“New sidekick” headline angers readers

The lead headline in Monday’s paper infuriated a number of readers.

“McCain, new sidekick a hit at O’Fallon rally.”

“Totally disrespectful” one reader told me.  She said “sidekick” is a word that should be reserved for comedy acts.
