Teen dodges prison for ‘Moral Kombat’ death

This just in from Colorado: “Mortal Kombat” is exonerated in 7-year-old’s death, as the teen responsible for killing her avoids a long incarceration.
You’ve got to wonder though what prompts someone to act out a game enough that someone dies — and whether they were capable of distinguishing fantasy from reality in the first place.
If not, was the suspended sentence justified?
