The VentureBeat piece analyzes Microsoft’s initial strategy in its race to be first out of the gate with the latest console technology, and the conflicts and confusion between engineers and technicians regarding goals and deadlines.
There’s plenty more … too much to mention here. But the long piece is well worth reading — if only to understand why Microsoft has insisted on pushing a device it still struggles to maintain.
