More fixes coming for ‘Empire: Total War’

Have you had problems playing “Empire: Total War”?
Game Guy has, too.
But according to developer Creative Assembly, the highly regarded turn-based PC strategy title released in March will receive an update sometime next week that tackles numerous glitches, bugs and other niggling stuff.
That niggling stuff, in Game Guy’s case, has been frequent crashes, spotty audio and jumpy video during naval engagements. Otherwise, as a strategy game, “Empire: Total War” ranks pretty high.
The game received a patch once before, just a couple weeks after launch, that addressed numerous other problems, including save/load errors.
