Tonight at midnight, GameStop stores across metro St. Louis will be open for early sales of “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2,” the highly anticipated modern tale of an anti-terrorist task force battling ultra-nationalist baddies.

With that, the chain is sponsoring a Surprize Attack Sweepstakes, in which anyone who pre-ordred the game is eligible to compete online or at GameStop stores for such rewards as a Hummer H2, Polaris snowmobile and Ducati motorcycle, as well as vie for a portion of the $25,000 grand prize.

There’s still time to sign up. And check out GameStop’s list of stores to find the one nearest you for tonight’s midnight sale.

Infinity Ward and Activision have turned their backs on PC players. No dedicated servers, no mods, no custom maps, no in game lean position (it’s a pc, not a console). This might be fun for console players, but the fun will last only so long without user added content.

Wouldn’t you rather play on a big screen television than on a 21″ computer monitor?

Besides, cheating ruined the PC versions.
