‘Warhammer’ free trial becomes limitless

Mythic Entertainment are trying something new starting today: an endless free-trial download for their “Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning” MMORPG.
Previously, the time limit on free trials for the title was 10 days. But now prospective fans can work through up to 10 levels and experience any of 24 careers to find their niche.
Mythic and EA also incorporated a streaming client for the trial, to improve performance and so players aren’t downloading huge files they may not want to keep. The initial download now is just over 1 GB in size; additional content streams in the background.
