Seal of disapproval

seal_opt.jpgThe Barack Obama campaign Tuesday retired the Great Seal of Barack, saying it had been created for “one-time use” only at a Democratic governor’s meeting last Friday. Right, and the “Mission Accomplished” banner was the Navy’s idea.

The seal got bad reviews, as did the candidate’s judgment in letting his eager-beaver advisers create it in the first place. Worst feature: “Vero possumus,” roughly translated as,”Yes we can,” replacing “E pluribus unum.”

Somewhere, H.R. “Bob” Haldeman is wondering, “Why didn’t I think of that for the ‘68 campaign?”

Note to campaign staff: Calm down, guys. It’s a long way to November.

I found this to be extremely arrogant. However, this election really is a done deal and wish it wasn’t going to drag on for another four months. With all of Obama’s money and the Democrat 527’s up and running like MoveOn.org, what is the point of continuing this travesty? That ad with the mom and her baby runs at every ad break on MSNBC.

The only people that are giving bad opinions about this are from Republicans who lack grace to say anything positive about their party’s opposition candidate. The media is too dumb to even point this out.

Where’s the outrage on these Republican seals http://www.nrsc.org/membership/

Change? _ I heard Chris Matthews say something about the seal that was unfavorable and his leg tingles when he talks about Obama. My question is, what nice thing has any Democrat said about McCain? Geez! You all are evil including your night show commedienes Every night there is a McCain old man joke and a nice “joke” about how wonderful and young and fun and good-looking and cool Obama is. Hmmm!
