Dubie-ous achievement
While checking the Missouri Secretary of State’s Website for the final certified ballot for the Aug. 5 primary, we were shocked to learn that Chief Wana Dubie of Salem had been DQ’d from the Libertarian Party ballot for governor.
Thus the final link in the onetime dream race — Blunt v. Dubie — has been lost. First Gov. Matt Blunt declines a chance to run for re-election, and now, thanks to the spoilsports at the Missouri Libertarian Party, Chief Wana Dubie is off the ballot. The chief, 49, blames it on an Easter Cabal, and urges voters to sign a petition to get him on the ballot as an independent.
The Post-Dispatch’s Jake Wagman reported in 2006 that the chief, then a candidate for state representative, began life as Joseph Bickell. He never legally changed his name, though he holds a Missouri drivers license in the name of Chief Wana Dubie. He’s a hard guy to miss, what with the crown of thorns and marijuana leaf tattooed on his forehead.

Do you believe that your vote counts??? Yes we still have the right to vote, but only for those approved, by the powers that be!!! The primaries use to be the opportunity for the people to decide, who they wanted to represent them on the general ballot, in November!!! Our democracy, has become a DEMOCKERY, mocking free choice!!! The citizens of Washington D.C. have had no representation, for the last 200 years, yet they are still trying to get it, but I am just now figuring out, that D.C. has grown to cover most of the country, because D.C. must mean DISQUALIFIED CITIZEN!!! The constitution states: that you can’t take away anyone’s citizenship for a prior act of servitude, and that is exactly what the state of Missouri, and the Libertarian party has done to me!!! Bob Barr(former drug CZAR) is now the new HEAD of the libertarian party!!! He believes in LIBERTY and JUSTICE, for some, but not for ALL!!! He is for medical marijuana, because, it would only give freedom to those who could afford it, and continual business as usual for the persecution industry, the prison industry, and of course N.O.R.M.L., HIGH TIMES, and the A.C.L.U.!!! legalized drugs, would put a lot of gangsters right out of business!!! What’s really interesting is how did the Chief get a Missouri driver’s license under a false name? Did the Chief sign his real name or commit the felony of forgery. In the very least he signed an affidavit stating his legal name was Chief Wana Dubie when it actually was Joseph Bickell. Why hasn’t the Department of Revenue rectified the improper issuance of this false identification? Does the Republican Party really want to restrict one person to one vote? It sounds like the old Chief can vote under two identies since he apparently has state issued photo ID for both. I guess I should just go down to the license bureau and get me another driver’s license with a fake name. It sure would make getting out of those tickets much easier.
