AP poll will have to wait for Tigers … until Tuesday

The weekly AP football poll won’t be out this week until Tuesday because ranked teams are still finishing up the weekend. No. 8 Ole Miss plays today against Memphis and Miami and No. 18 Florida State play on Monday.

Missouri-Nebraska football moved to Thursday, Oct. 8, for ESPN

The Tigers football game with Nebraska will be on Thursday, Oct. 8 with an 8 p.m. kickoff for national broadcast by ESPN.

The game in Columbia was originally scheduled for Oct. 3.

Missouri still needs one more opponent for 2009 after dropping…

ESPN’s GameDay in Austin for MU-Texas

The ESPN GameDay crew will be in Austin on Saturday to talk football before Missouri’s game with Texas that night. The game airs on ABC at 7 p.m. ESPN’s GameDay telecast begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday.

Mizzou-Oklahoma State will start at 7 p.m.

St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Mizzou will have another night game on Oct. 11 when their game with Oklahoma State will start at 7 p.m. at Faurot Field. It will air on either ESPN or ESPN2.  The decision won’t be made until next Sunday.
