Missouri-Nebraska football moved to Thursday, Oct. 8, for ESPN

The Tigers football game with Nebraska will be on Thursday, Oct. 8 with an 8 p.m. kickoff for national broadcast by ESPN.

The game in Columbia was originally scheduled for Oct. 3.

East St. Louis WR Hawthorne impresses in all-star game

Maclin repeats as All-American

The Associated Press announced its 2008 All-American team today and Mizzou’s sophomore standout Jeremy Maclin was once again named to the first team as the all-purpose player.

Maclin was a unanimous pick in 2007 for the same position as a freshman.

Coaches’ poll: Oklahoma No. 2; Missouri stays 11th.
