Maclin repeats as All-American

The Associated Press announced its 2008 All-American team today and Mizzou’s sophomore standout Jeremy Maclin was once again named to the first team as the all-purpose player.

Maclin was a unanimous pick in 2007 for the same position as a freshman.

Pinkel: Eight freshmen could suit up for Tigers in 2008

Everywhere you look on the Tigers’ practice field there are freshmen playing in key positions. After Monday morning’s workout, MU coach Gary Pinkel said as many as eight of those freshmen could see action in games this fall.
