Free agency starts for Tigers **UPDATED**

St. Louis Post-Dispatch

**UPDATED**

WR Greg Bracey is working out with the Chargers.
S Pig Brown is working out with the Chiefs.

***

Will Franklin and Martin Rucker might have been the only Tigers to hear their named called during this year’s draft, but they’re not the only players heading to NFL mini camps in the next week. Several Missouri players were picked up as free agents after the draft.

Here’s a list of the guys I know so far:

RB Tony Temple - Cleveland Browns
DL Lorenzo Williams - Baltimore Ravens
C Adam Spieker - Oakland Raiders
OL Tyler Luellen - San Diego Chargers
DB Darnell Terrell – Cleveland Browns

I’m still trying to track some guys down. I’ll update the list as soon as I hear more. Most free agency is done over the next few days.

Graham Great job as usual
We heard on KTRS that Coach L was interested in a couple of players from MIzzou
Any word on that ?

Coach L might have had interest, but those players might have decided to sign with another team. Ad there aren’t that many MU players left. Pig Brown and maybe - maybe - Greg Bracey (based purely on speed). That’s all I can think of who would be NFL capable.

I’ll be keeping an eye on the Chargees. I’ve got a funny feeling Luellen might stick.

A little disappointed the only one of our guys was picked up by local teams but overall this was great for your School.

Thanks for the coverage!

Wasn’t Pig Brown a Senior last year? Any word on him?

Shame about Pig Brown. Surely he would have been picked up if not for that injury. It would be great if he landed somewhere. The guy is a talent and a serious leader.

Why don’t the Rams pick up the Pig. He’s right in their backyard. think about his upside. somebody make a call!

Some smart team needs to sing Pig Brown, if for no other reason than to lock him up while he rehabs. Once he’s physically sound, he’ll be a hell of a pickup!

I think Pig is in talks with the Chiefs, that may just the rumor though. It’d be nice to see to former Mizzou players in game at Arrowhead next fall.

Sorry If I’m the only Tiger fan who doesn’t know this but: Did Blaine Gabbert decide to attend MU? I can’t find him mentioned anywhere.
