Oklahoma State jumped over Missouri in the BCS standings as the Tigers slid to 13th this week.

The top of the BCS remained the same: 1. Alabama, 2. Texas Tech, 3. Texas, 4. Florida and 5. Oklahoma.

The BCS rankings could come into play to determine Missouri’s opponent in the Big 12 title game.

If Texas Tech, Oklahoma and Texas finish in a 3-way tie atop the Big 12 South, the tiebreaker that would come into play would be the BCS rankings. Tech currently leads the Big 12 South with a 6-0 mark and plays at 5-1 Oklahoma on Saturday. Texas is 6-1.

The Tigers slipped this week despite remaining 11th in both the Harris Interactive and USA Today Coaches’ poll. Missouri’s drop came because of the computer portion of the BCS. The Tigers were 13th by the six computer rankings. Oklahoma State was tied for 11th.
