Missouri drops to 19 in AP poll; Texas jumps OU to third

The Tigers dropped to 19th in the AP poll. Although the AP poll isn’t a part of the BCS formula, it is interesting to note that Texas moved ahead of Oklahoma, going from fourth to third while the Sooners dropped a notch.
Missouri’s opponent in the Big 12 title game will be determined by the BCS standings.
Oklahoma State, which is considered to be Missouri’s main competition for the Holiday Bowl bid is 14th.
The Alamo Bowl is looking more likely for the Tigers unless they win the Big 12 title game.
