Missouri coach Gary Pinkel said offensive lineman Dan Hoch should play against Illinois on Saturday. The offensive lineman practiced over the weekend with the Tigers and is scheduled for a full week. He injured his knee two weeks ago.

Also on the injury report is linebacker Will Ebner. He is questionable with a neck sprain.

Strong safety Jarrell Harrison is out for about three weeks with a dislocated elbow. Munir Prince is moving from corner to help fill that void.

Pinkel also said that sophomore Grant Ressel has won the place-kicking job but that Tanner Mills would handle kickoffs.

Pinkel, in his weekly conference call, said he didn’t know how to predict Saturday’s Arch Rivalry game. “All I know is it’s a big rivarly, a lot of emotion and great to be a part of.”

His scouting report on the Illini: “What stands out is their offense. That’s some great receiving corp. (Arrelious) Benn is a guy you look at. He’s very comparable to the great receivers in our conference and the nation. Receiving in general is at a high level. Juice (Williams) has gotten better every year. The always play good defense. It will be a challenge.”

Kickoff is at 2:40 p.m. at the Jones Dome on Saturday.
